c.)     Policies (cancellation, refund, attendance, grading, student responsibility to report attendance, rules of conduct)

Purpose and benefits of course:

a.)     Heighten traffic safety awareness and risks associated with driving
b.)     Develop greater sense of responsibility for driving behavior
c.)     Decrease driving errors, etc.

Course evaluation procedures:

a.)     Oral participation (discussion)
b.)     Written evaluation
c.)     Written test to include Tennessee road rules and signs

e.)     Distractions - cell phones, eating, radio, etc.

SESSION 3     COMMUNICATING     (45 MINUTES)

c.)     Communicating in problem situaitons
d.)     Communicating to others through the use of horn, signals, flasher, etc.

* Participants who score 70 or less on the written test will not be issues a course completion certificate and will be required to re-take the training.
